Common questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes, with no time limit. Keep as many logs as you like, share them and plan together. Free also includes an active insight, plus storage and transcription to get started.
How does the trial work?
Choose Starter or Pro and pay nothing for 30 days. Cancel in Settings before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. After that, cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Do the people I invite need to pay?
No. They log and collaborate without paying, using the team owner’s storage, insights and transcription. Anyone who wants the assistant needs their own paid plan.
Does llog work on my phone?
Yes. Use llog in a modern browser on your phone or computer. Add it to your home screen for quick access. Your logs sync everywhere you sign in.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Delete content anytime. For a copy of your data or account deletion, email privacy@llog.app.
